The Mitre Tavern’s wine-list was developed by Ben Edwards, president of the Victorian ASA, with a view to support the palates of the patrons of the Mitre Tavern Steakhouse without neglecting the day to day punters who enjoy a good glass of wine with their counter meal in the Bistro.
All our wines are stored onsite in Mitre Tavern’s massive cellar and the wine list may not reflect some special bottles we have downstairs waiting for the right occasion – ask your waiter.
